Jake's Restaurant

Jake’s restaurant is a terrific blend of steakhouse and supper club. It’s definitely a little classier than the average, but you’ll fit in no matter what you wear. The decor is charming. The walls are rife with nostalgic pieces. The staff is helpful and attentive. The food is delicious. We loved the appetizers as well as the entrees. My one complaint is that the Tomohawk Ribeye was a little over what I requested. I asked for medium-rare and ended up with something closer to medium well. It tasted good, but it was a little dryer than I prefer. The desserts were quite good.

Been here quite a few times and it never disappoints. The truffled deviled eggs are fantastic. Usually get a steak, which is always good, but most recently tried the duck and it was delicious.

Small wait for our reserved table. Tried to grab a drink at the bar but the bartender never stopped by. Dinner was really nice. My ribeye was cooked correctly and the sides were ok. Mushrooms were too salty but the fries and mac and cheese were good. No mashed potatoes on the menu? Ended on a great grasshopper!

The food was fantastic and the server was great. -We started the meal off with cheese curds. They were some of the best i have ever had. I highly recommend them! -Then for the main course I had a boneless ribeye with Mac n cheese and thin fries and my date had the trio of filets with roasted mushrooms a double baked potato. 'We finished the night with out first creme brulee. It was delicious. My only issue was the seating was on raised platform so I had to be careful moving my chair back to leave/sit down.

My wife and I have enjoyed many special occasions at Jake's, whether it's a birthday, an anniversary, or just a nice night out. The service is always great, as is the food. I highly recommend Jake's for any date night.

Have been coming here for ages [well, 15 yrs give or take] and Jake's is a reliable choice for great food and service. Doesn't matter if you're a walk in and sit at the bar, or have a reservation and sit in the dining room, the full menu is available!

For many years when I'm in the area with friends or business.. Jake's. Always delicious, great quality, service and priced accordingly. The skin is one of the true delicacies of eating duck..Jakes does it perfectly. the sauce on the side. Not destroying the crispness of the skin.

My wife and I came for our anniversary. The staff added a little decoration to our table which we really appreciated. Overall, customer service was good. The tomahawk steak and filet medallions were amazing! Very juicy and flavorful. The sides were pretty good as well. I recommend the twice baked potato. Vegetables were a little soft but seasoned well.
